A Lower School Teacher is responsible for teaching all academic courses in the assigned grade level in alignment with the Goals and Criteria of Sacred Heart education. Substitute teachers follow lesson plans for content, quality, and continuity of curriculum.

The desired candidate has experience teaching in independent and/or Catholic schools and possesses a Bachelor’s in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Lower School genuine affection for children, a record of successful teaching, and a capacity for working with a range of learning abilities.
