Xavier University’s Athletics Department and the All For One Fund are seeking an Assistant Athletic Director for Development to help generate philanthropic gifts for Xavier’s 19 varsity programs. The ideal person for the position is a great team player, self-starter and goal oriented. The position requires excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. The ability to multitask and manage complex schedules. Manage a portfolio of lead annual and major gift donors and prospects. Develop plans and programs to maximize gift revenue for the All For One Fund, capital and endowment gifts. Along with solicitations for NIL support.
