Marymount School seeks an experienced religious studies teacher beginning in fall 2023 who is passionate about imparting a progressive Catholic education to middle and/or upper school girls from various faith traditions. Ideal candidates will be capable of teaching our Upper School course offerings: World Religions, Social Justice,  Hebrew and Christian Scripture, and Ethics. All religious studies faculty support Marymount’s campus ministry and sacramental formation programs and help prepare our students to take on leadership roles in liturgies, retreats, and social justice initiatives. An ideal candidate is a compassionate leader who operates within the framework of Catholic social teaching and who takes the initiative to address pastoral care concerns.
