The Senior Director of Academic Development works collaboratively to develop and implement a goal-oriented and budget-conscious plan for increasing private support for school/college programs and initiatives, including scholarship support, endowed chairs/professorships and academic program funds. Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Development, the Senior Director will lead a team of major gift officers (Directors of Development) and have a portfolio of major/planned/principal gift prospects.
