The Aim Higher Foundation is seeking a Director of Advancement to manage and implement thefoundation’s fundraising initiatives to drive continued growth of the scholarship programs. TheDirector of Advancement will primarily be responsible for developing and stewarding a portfolioof major donors, overseeing fundraising initiatives, and, with the President and the AssociateDirector of Advancement, expanding and diversifying revenue streams and partnerships.The position will serve as a visible public advocate for the Aim Higher Foundation and thechildren we serve by cultivating and building external relationships and partnerships asappropriate and necessary. In addition, the Director of Advancement will also support thePresident and the Board
