The Head of School reports directly to the Board of Trustees and serves as the chief executive officer of the school, responsible for the overall advancement and success of Holy Child Academy. In collaboration with the Board, the Head will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of the school's strategic plan. The Head of School provides active leadership and support in working collaboratively with the Associate Head of School, who manages most day-to-day academic, faculty, and student matters. The Head will provide leadership in developing a strategic vision to advance the school in the areas of development/fundraising, admissions, marketing, and communications. The Head of School is a member ex officio of all standing committees of the Board.
