The Director of Instruction is the primary diocesan official responsible for ensuring that diocesan Catholic schools are instructionally excellent and innovative; overseeing the recruitment and retention of qualified teachers; and facilitating programs that continuously improve teacher effectiveness in the Diocese of Raleigh Catholic schools. This position is based in North Carolina and candidates may telecommute (within North Carolina) after successful onboarding and training; regular travel within the diocese is required. This position reports to the Assistant Superintendent of Leadership.   Description
