The Principal serves as the primary religious and educational leader of the school. This role involves nurturing the faith development of the faculty, staff, and students, and ensuring the implementation of the school’s mission statement. The Principal is responsible for the daily operations of the school, including policy implementation, academic program design, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Spiritual Leadership:
Provide visible spiritual leadership to the school community.
Ensure regular religious and school ministry activities.
Foster the faith development of faculty, staff, and students.
Educational Leadership:
Design and implement the academic program in collaboration with the President and school staff.
Supervise and evaluate teaching and support staff.
Oversee student activities, athletics, and guidance programs.
Ensure compliance with diocesan policies and accreditation standards.
Administrative Duties:
Manage daily school operations, including scheduling, material procurement, and policy enforcement.
Develop and oversee student admission criteria and processes.
Maintain open communication with students, parents, and staff.
Collaborate with the President on the school’s educational agenda and strategic planning.
Community Engagement:
Partner with parents, the parish, and the broader community.
Promote the school’s mission and values within the community.
Network with other schools and educational organizations to enhance the school’s programs.

Provide opportunities for continuing education and professional growth for staff.
Attend to personal and professional development to stay current with educational best practices.
Qualifications:
Practicing Catholic with a strong commitment to Catholic education.
Advanced degree in education or a related field desired.
Experience in educational leadership, preferably in a Catholic school setting.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
