PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Coordinator of Marketing & Digital Media supports the Director of Marketing Communications to drive marketing strategies that enhance the organization's mission and growth. This role will oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring brand integrity and presence. The Coordinator of Marketing & Digital Media is both a strategic thinker and a skilled content creator, capable of driving marketing initiatives from concept to completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and integrate the organization’s marketing strategies to support overall mission and growth.
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, including to enhance brand presence and engage key stakeholders.
Oversee the design and creation of all marketing materials, including graphics, videos and digital content, to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity across all platforms.
Promote and manage webinars and virtual events to engage the community and provide valuable content to stakeholders.
Coordinate with marketing vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and materials that align with organizational objectives.
Prepare detailed reports as requested by the President CEO and/or the Board of Directors.
Utilize marketing data analytics to monitor performance, analyze trends and inform strategic decisions to drive strategic decision-making and optimize campaigns. Collect, analyze and interpret data across various marketing channels, ensuring growth objectives are met.
Collaborate with other departments to align marketing initiatives with organizational objectives and ensure cohesive execution.
Represent NCEA at conferences and events to promote the organization and build networks with key stakeholders and industry leaders.
Collaborate with and advise the Director of Business Relationships on all partner marketing deliverables and strategies specific to the Catholic school market, ensuring compliance with partner contracts and achieving the highest return on investment.
Create marketing campaign briefs and develop and manage strategic marketing campaigns for revenue-generating and membership benefit initiatives to help achieve NCEA business results in a timely and effective manner. Work with associated vendors or partners when applicable.
Oversees the execution and delivery of social media, website, video, digital and print activities.
Collaborates with other internal NCEA teams to guide strategies and develop key messaging.
Ensures all initiatives follow established processes and workflows and identifies improved efficiencies and communication opportunities.
Prepares and presents quarterly and annual leadership reports.
Oversees the work of external vendors and contractors.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, related field or equivalent experience.
At least 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably with knowledge in the Catholic School industry.
Qualified candidates must be detail-oriented with superior writing and creative marketing skills, as well as have exceptional organizational, interpersonal and project management skills.
Strong creative skillset in graphic design, video editing and digital content creation, including experience with HTML.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics and social media management tools).
