Support the school by providing individual and group counseling services and appropriate educational programs with a focus on coping strategies, social skills, communication, problem solving, conflict resolution. Act as primary counselor and manage a full-time counselor caseload of assigned students in grades 9 – 12. Assist in the development and implementation of classroom guidance programming for high school students. Refer students and parents to community agencies, programs, and specialists as appropriate and consult and collaborate with these resources for on-going assistance and follow-up.
