Senior Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and Student Development Reporting to: Director of Athletics with a dotted line to the VP/General CounselPOSITION SUMMARY: Assumes responsibility for overseeing, developing, and managing all student-athlete services, including; compliance, athletics academic advising, student-athlete development, student-athlete support, athletic training, and strength & conditioning. Provide Director of Athletics with strategic advice and guidance related to the Athletic Department's direction and strategic plan. Serve as NCAA eligibility and certification officer, and leads academic affairs and the registrar to ensure the accurate and timely eligibility certification of all student-athlete
