Position Overview 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated interim-to-permanent math teacher to join our team this spring. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in mathematics or a related discipline, along with excellent classroom management, communication, and organizational skills. Additionally, experience with academic technology is highly desirable.  

Responsibilities 

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school’s mission and academic standards. 
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes spiritual growth and academic excellence. 
• Effectively manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.  
• Utilize academic technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences. 
• Collaborate with colleagues to support the school’s commitment to diversity and inclusivity., 
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and school administration regarding student progress and classroom activities.  
• Participate in professional development and actively engage in ongoing professional growth.  

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related discipline 
• Teaching certification (or eligtibility for certification preferred. 
• Excellent classroom management skills. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Organizational skills to effectively plan and execute4 lessons 
• Experience with academic technology and its integration into the classroom
