St. Augustine High School, an all boys high school in San Diego, is accepting applications for a Physics/Engineering INSTRUCTOR for the 2023-2024 school year.
DUTIES:
Teach high school Physics, AP Physics and Engineering
Provide normal supervisory duties and participate in faculty and related meetings as may be required.
Develop positive communication with staff, students, administration and community.
Provide the appropriate learning atmosphere and activities designed to maximize student competencies and skills for intellectual, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual growth.
Be a Christian role model for students and comply with the educational philosophy of St. Augustine High School
QUALIFICATIONS:
Possesses a degree from an accredited four-year institution with a major in the Sciences and the ability to teach at the high school level.
Experience with instructional technology (3D Printers, CNC, saws, drills).
Has knowledge of the high school learner.
Demonstrates a personal commitment to the philosophy of a Catholic education.
Secondary teaching credential desired.
