WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our group at Franciscan Health Valparaiso Health Center in Valparaiso, IN. Provider would be joining a well-established, busy practice with a great support team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse practitioner to work independently within a supportive environment.

WHAT WE NEED:

Ideal candidate will have 6-18 months experience in an Internal Medicine office setting. Focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction is important. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• No weekends or holidays
• Flexible full-time schedule: 36 hours of patient contact with 4 admin hours
• Average outpatient volume: 15 - 20 patients per day
• No call expectation
• Telehealth offered
• Strong mentorship available from seasoned physicians already in practice
