Contribute in the daily interaction and supervision of children. Responsible for supervision of classroom including the planning and implementation of a developmentally appropriate program for assigned groups. In the absence of the Supervisory Teacher, may be responsible for supervision and coordination of classroom staff in assigned groups. Maintains positive relationships with staff, children, parents, volunteers, and community.
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Development, Education or related field preferred.
Must meet Minnesota Department of Human Services licensing qualifications as stated in Rule 3 for a Teacher. One (1) year of experience working in center-based child-care.
Ability to work with diverse and/or low income populations,

Northside Child Development Center provides childcare services for children ages six weeks through twelve years of age. We are licensed to service 129 children. Northside is NAEYC accredited and 4-star parent aware. The primary goal is to improve the children's functional development with a focus on early education, school readiness, intervention, and enhancement of individual potential, while enriching the family unit.
