Bon Secours Ironbridge Family Practice in the growing south-Richmond area of Chester is seeking their next team member to join the group of 3 MD's and 4 APC's.  

Practice is located on State Route 10 with easy access to I-95 and Route 288.  25 min south of Short Pump in Richmond.  New construction all around us - new homes, schools and land development.

• Participating in CMS "Primary Care First" practice model - value-based care
• Bon Secours is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit company and eligible for participation in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program
• We specialize in compassionate family medicine and provide primary care throughout all stages of life - all ages peds through geriatric
• Providers work full time 4-10's - flexibility for work/life balance (Wednesday off)
• 7:15 AM - 5:00 PM with full hour for lunch
• Call is 1:8 - No Rx - No Pain Mgmt patients
• 100% outpatient - no hospital responsibility
• Average 20-25 patients per day (after ramp up period)
• Our patients are highly complex, high acuity, multiple chronic conditions
• We use EPIC EMR, Doxy.me and MyChart for Telehealth
• New Grads welcome - great support and mentoring available
• The practice operates very much as one unit, teamwork oriented, not territorial - all patients are OUR patients, down-to-earth team, no micromanagement
• Ancillary services available - Behavioral Health, LCSW
• EKG, Lab and Phlebotomist on site
• Awesome support team - Clinical Supervisor, Team Leads, 1:1 LPN or CMA, 10 PSR's
