Job Description

• Promotes an environment centered on Gospel values and academic excellence, while serving as a role model for staff and students.
• Adheres to all policies as outlined by the Archdiocese of Seattle, the Office for Catholic Schools, and St. Joseph Parish School and Church.
• Collaborates with all St. Joseph stakeholders, including the Pastor, Parish Administrator, Parish Finance Council, School Commission, Parents’ Club, and staff.
• Ensures the assessment and delivery of approved curricula, along with the necessary professional development and evaluation of the staff.
• Demonstrates sound fiscal knowledge and is experienced in the budgeting process.

Salary. Salary range is $105,000 ?? $135,000. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.
