Special Assistant to the President – Office of the President
POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Chief of Staff, the Special Assistant serves as the scheduler and provides broad administrative support for the Office of the President. This person will maintain and manage the President’s calendar, travel plans and related background materials to ensure that the President is prepared for daily activities. Effective calendar management and organizational skills are critical to Office operations. This position requires significant agility and attention to detail.
