Ideal candidates will have experience leading retreats, a desire to support the faith development of all students, and an understanding of how to best minister in a male learning environment and how to adapt to multiple grade levels and a diverse student population. A Theology degree or equivalent is preferred.

Ideal candidates will:

• Have experience designing and leading retreats for multiple age groups;
• Hold a deep personal faith rooted in Jesus and His Church and effectively communicate the Gospel message;
• Have a passion for fostering spiritual growth in Middle School and High School aged young men;
• Have a Bachelor’s in Religious Studies, Theology or other related fields.
  • Other degrees will be considered with relevant experience in ministry
