Position Purpose:Develops and implements an admissions process that supports the mission and goals of La Salle College High School.
Essential Functions:
Coordinates and oversees all aspects of the Admissions Office including managerial and leadership responsibilities for three staff members
Prepares and monitors the annual budget for admissions and recruitment
Leads a collaborative effort in recruitment strategy
Meets with parents individually and/or in groups to provide information, answer questions and secure the admission of qualified students
Maintains working relationships with middle school personnel within the geographic area
Coordinates school visitations, open house, tours and other admission events
Assists in testing of student groups
Is responsible for the Financial Aid Awards for the school, working with the Chief Financial Officer within the guidelines established by the Board of Trustees
