The Diocese of Beaumont has an opening for a Full-Time Elementary School Counselor for the Office of Catholic Schools. Interested party must have knowledge and understanding of and an active commitment to the philosophy, purposes, and goals of Catholic Education. Individual must be able to maintain confidentiality, be a self-starter, able to think independently, and able to deal with multiple tasks. A Master’s Degree in Counseling or Psychology if the degree program included counseling is required. This position services all elementary schools in the diocese and is responsible to the Superintendent and Principals of all schools and works a school schedule of 187 workdays.
