Edgewood College is seeking candidates for its next Vice President for Student Development (VPSD). The successful candidate will be an innovative, inclusive, and visionary leader who will bring a deep understanding of the changes in student demographics occurring in higher education, best practices in student engagement, and support and co-curricular experiences, to lead in the crafting and implementation of a highly inclusive student development approach for all students (undergraduate, graduate, online) in collaboration with academic affairs, student development personnel, and college leaders. Reporting directly to the President and serving as a member of the President's Cabinet, the VPSD will be an active participant in advancing the College's Dominican mission of serving a community of learners who seek a world of justice and compassion.

• An advanced degree (masters required, with terminal degree in higher education or related field preferred);
• Minimum of 3 years at a Director or comparable level, including supervisory experience;
• Understanding, appreciation, and enthusiasm for the College's Dominican Catholic identity and core values – truth, compassion, justice, partnership, and community;
• Demonstrated leadership with diverse populations and multicultural competency. Preference given to leadership experience in creating an inclusive learning, living, and work environment
