Mount Saint Mary Academy in Watchung, NJ, is seeking a full-time English teacher to join our faculty beginning Fall of 2023.  This position involves teaching a full course load in our English Department and participating in extracurricular activities.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in English or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
• Ability to conduct focused and exciting academic class discussions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A desire to collaborate with other departments and serve on committees
• A positive attitude and a growth mindset
• Two or more years of experience teaching English on the secondary level preferred
