The principal reports to the president and is responsible for oversight of the academic program and student life and actively works to ensure the character and charism of the Sisters of the Holy Names (SNJM) endures.

Role of the Principal
The Principal promulgates the mission of Academy of the Holy Names and the charism of the Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary. The Principal is responsible for the development and implementation of the educational programs and curriculum development, supports the professional development of the faculty and staff, nurtures a climate of engaging learning and teaching in the school, oversees the entire student experience, and fosters leadership and decision-making among all members of the school community. The Principal reports directly to the President of the School.
