Registered Pharmacist with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy in good standing-(RPH)
Aseptic Technique – Complete an ACPE approved 20 hour sterile products course within 90 days of hire
PGY1 Pharmacy residency
For the CPII Hematology/Oncology - PGY2 Oncology residency
Board certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS) or specialized board certification (BCOP)
Preferred experience in informatics, oncology, and training (respective to each position type)
3 Years preferred decentralized pharmacist experience without residency
Clinical Pharmacist / Oncology / EPIC / Informatics / ACPE / Sterile Compounding / Training and Education
