REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Membership Sales Representative manages member retention activities, in particular re-enrolling lapsed or lapsing members. Takes initiatives in member recruitment via process improvement plans and efficient reporting and flow of information. The initial term for this position is ninety days from hire. PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Membership Sales Representative serves in recruiting new, re-instating lapsed and retaining current members; providing membership, product, and service information; resolving membership product and service problems; and helps maintains the NCEA membership database based on information collected in the course of sales duties.
