WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to meet the growing demand for orthopedic surgery who preferably has a background in surgical procedures. Candidate will join our growing practice located at Franciscan Health Center for Hip & Knee Surgery in Mooresville, Indiana. This opportunity will allow the physician assistant to work with a team of experienced orthopedic surgeons in a state-of-the-art surgical environment and treat oncology patients.

WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of surgical/1st assist orthopedic experience; clinic experience is also preferred. Candidate will have a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Physician Assistant will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Traditional operating room schedule - 2-3 days per week
Clinic schedule: Monday â“ Friday, 8:00 a.m. â“ 5:00 p.m.
Outreach to surrounding locations
Average outpatient volume: 25 patients per day
