Connelly School of the Holy Child announces a search for a full-time Program Associate to support the Head of Mission and Ministry and the Head of Diversity, to begin July 2022. This position has direct contact with the students, parents, faculty and staff of the school on a daily basis. The successful candidate will be mission-driven, organized, flexible, and able to work independently and under pressure with frequent interruptions. Applicants need to demonstrate tact and sensitivity in matters requiring discretion and confidentiality.
This individual will be responsible for supporting programs and initiatives of the Office of Mission and Ministry and the Diversity Office, including the Christian Service Program. The position is collaborative and dynamic in nature and aligned with the Goals of Holy Child Network of Schools around faith, community, justice, peace, and compassion, and honoring the dignity and uniqueness of each person.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Program support to the Campus Ministry and Christian Service programs including but not limited to coordinating service opportunities with partner sites, arranging transportation, and facilitating registration and permission forms
- Running quarterly reports in the X2Vol service software and submitting reminders of deadlines for service hours to school communications platforms
- Supporting major events of these offices including All School Day of Service and Sr. Thea Bowman LeadHERship Conference, Retreats, Masses and prayer services
- Scheduling appointments, answering phones, and maintaining files for the Heads of Mission and Ministry and Head of Diversity
- Providing assistance and information to students
- Maintaining calendars for the Heads, including support in developing the major dates calendar for the school
- Help coordinate invitations and logistics for guest speakers and priests for events on and off campus
- Support logistics for events including retreats, conferences, and meetings for students, faculty and staff, parents, and alumnae
- Drafting correspondence and emails as needed
- Organizing and sending annual information e-bulletins to families and other correspondence to students and families as needed, periodically updating the faculty, student, and parent portals on the website as it relates to the calendar and documents for download
- Coordinating setup and technology requests for meetings and events. Assisting with preparing the schedules for the opening and end-of-school-year meetings/activities
- Providing support on projects, scheduling student events, and issuance/collection of student permission slips
- Assisting with budget tracking for the Heads and ordering supplies for events, retreats, and programs
- Maintaining electronic and paper files; respond to routine inquiries, and refer matters to appropriate staff,

- Capacity for handling confidential information with tact and discretion.?
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage projects and events.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
