Saint Brendan The Navigator School, located at 4475 Dublin Road in Hilliard, Ohio is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and faith-filled leader for the position of Principal beginning in the summer of 2022.    

Saint Brendan School is a loving community with Christ at the center of all we do.  Our greatest attribute is our people.  We are fortunate to be surrounded by parents, teachers, priests, and other staff that put our students’ needs above all else.  Our House System is a trademark program for the school.  The primary purposes of the House System are to further the mission of the school by providing greater pastoral care to all our students; training, and guiding our students in our six House pillars: Leadership, Service, Community, Faith, Preparation and Spirit.  Fostering a community that each student can truly call a home.

We are seeking a Principal who is a proven leader, capable of helping us grow in our mission of evangelization and excellence in education.  Candidates must be practicing Catholics and possess a Master’s degree and administrator’s license or be eligible to obtain one.  A current FBI/BCI background check, attendance at the VIRTUS Protecting God’s children seminar and a completed online principal application for the Diocese of Columbus must be submitted as part of the application process. 

Salary is commensurate with the candidate’s education and experience.  In addition to completing the application, interested candidates must submit all of the following: a letter of interest, resume, statement of educational philosophy, transcripts, a letter from your pastor indicating that you are an active participating Catholic, and three professional letters of recommendation.
