The Dean of the Lower School is an integral member of a senior leadership team led by the Principal. The ideal candidate will contribute to building and realizing the shared mission of excellence and high standards for all students as part of this collaborative team. S/he will serve as the primary liaison with parents and families and work closely with the Principal and the Vice Principal of Curriculum and Academics to ensure the coherence and success of the Lower School.  The Dean of the Lower School will be primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Lower School’s academic and social programs in grades PK through 5.
