WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our group at Chesterton Health & Emergency Center in Chesterton, IN. Provider would be joining a well-established, busy practice with 2 physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners as well as a great support team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse practitioner to work independently within a supportive environment.
WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have 6-18 months experience in Family Medicine office setting. Focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction is important. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Clinic hours: Monday â“ Thursday 7:00 a.m. â“ 5:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. â“ 3:00 p.m.
No weekends or holidays
Flexible Schedule: 36 hours of patient contact, 4 admin hours
Average outpatient volume: 12 - 15 patients per day
No call expectation
Lab and x-ray onsite
Telehealth offered
Strong mentorship available from seasoned physicians already in practice
