The school recently celebrated its 150th anniversary and raised over $80 million in a milestone campaign.  This campaign included a historic $15 million gift to fund minority scholarships.

The Chief Development Officer will be responsible for building and leading the team responsible for the advancement of the school in the areas of development, alumni, and public relations. Reporting to the President, the Chief Development Officer is a key member of the President’s leadership team and ensures best practices are in place that effectively and efficiently advance the mission, values, and strategic goals of the school through the collaborative efforts of the department.

The next Chief Development Officer will be expected to bring the energy, charisma, and executive and advancement experience necessary for Saint Ignatius College Prep to build on its storied history, while delivering excellence in a Jesuit-sponsored school. Experience in strong advancement teams, an understanding of and appreciation for Jesuit education, and an advanced degree in education or business-related fields are strongly preferred.
