The candidate must be willing to travel to three designated locations in Northwest Indiana (Lake, Porter, La Porte and Jasper Counties) with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.WHAT WE NEED:The ideal candidate will have three years or more experience in either Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine or Urgent Care.
