The John Carroll School is currently seeking a full-time Dorm Supervisor. The Dorm Supervisor is responsible for providing international male students residing in the campus dormitory with a safe, clean and structured living environment that fosters student retention, satisfaction, achievement and success. The Supervisor oversees the daily management of the dorm area and uses proper judgment and discretion to address and resolve issues and concerns. The Dorm Supervisor lives in the dorm and must be able to connect with the students and possess a personality that inspires trust and respect, and positively influences student behavior.
