We are delighted to report that we have been retained by the Board of Trustees of Christian Brothers Academy (CBA) in Lincroft, NJ to lead the search for the next president of the school. The position is available July 2022.
Founded in 1959, CBA is a distinguished member of the prominent network of more than 50 U.S. schools sponsored by the Lasallian Brothers of the Christian Schools. This outstanding all-boys secondary school educates 880 students annually and is one of the finest schools of its kind in the country. In 2017 the school received its second National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence award and was one of only six private high schools in the country to earn the honor of “Exemplary High Performing School.”
This is an outstanding opportunity for a demonstrated leader with passion for mission and Catholic identity to build on this powerful legacy and take this fine school to the next level.
The school operates in the President/Principal Model. The next president will have a strong and collaborative team in place that is eager to support new leadership.
To qualify for this exceptional opportunity, you will need to be a practicing Catholic and accomplished servant leader with a deep commitment to the vital mission of Catholic schools. The board welcomes candidates from other Lasallian as well as other Catholic or independent schools. Inquiries from accomplished executives from other mission-critical career venues such as higher education; non-profit foundations, associations, charities and the like; or the corporate, civic, and professional services arenas are also welcome. While knowledge of education and school operations is preferred, other qualities and experiences are also greatly valued, especially visionary, entrepreneurial leadership and the ability to inspire, lead a high performing team, and create demand for the extraordinary gifts of a Christian Brothers Academy education. The position profile is under development and will be posted soon. You may visit the school’s website HERE.
We will be pleased to schedule an exploratory conversation or to receive a formal application. All inquiries and nominations will be strictly confidential.
