The long-term substitute is hired by the Principal and reports additionally to the Department Chair and Dean of Faculty.
SCOPE OR RESPONSIBILITY
Marist School, a co-educational, college-preparatory, Catholic school, seeks a faith-driven individual to fill a long-term Substitute Position in the English Department for the 2021-2022 school year. Teaching assignments include 9th and 10th grade English classes including American Literature for the first term of the school year (August – November). A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in education or in the primary teaching area is required. A Master’s degree is preferred. Transcripts must be submitted.
A minimum of two (2) references.
A completed background check.
A completed drug and illegal substances screen.
