Technical career path equivalent to the IS DIR I position in the IS Management Career Path. Recognized expert in at least one Information Management disciplines. Significant experience in leading the enterprise data architecture activities for other companies. This position will be responsible for implementing a portion of the overall Information Management technical strategy as well as adhering to the best practices established for Information Management. This position will also implement the emerging / complimentary technologies needed to enhance Coniferâ��s Information Management offerings.. This position requires the positive mentorship of other of Information Management technical roles within the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Hands-on Development of strategic data assets.
Governance and implementation of technical best practices
Integration of new / complimentary technical options into the existing Information Management Data Ecosystem
Mentor Information Management technical resources to raise the technical skills of the entire Information Management team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

3+ years as the lead Enterprise Data Architect (or equivalent) in another company.
5+ years as an individual contributor in one or more of the Information Management disciplines (Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Data Analysis, ETL Development, Database Administration, Report Development) Recognized leader in the Information Management space.
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
Proven track record of establishing strategic plans (3 year roadmaps) and successfully executing tactical initiatives to achieve the strategic goals.
5+ years of experience with full application development lifecycle ( analysis, architecture, design, development, testing and deployment)

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
4 Year College Degree in Computer Science related discipline preferred.
Equivalent on the job experience will be considered in lieu of a 4 Year College Degree
