Seton Catholic High School operates under a Pastor/Principal model of administration with the principal being directly responsible to the Pastor, and by extension, to the School Commission and the Archdiocesan Office of Catholic Schools, Archdiocese of Indianapolis. The successful candidate will understand and embrace the Catholic mission of Seton Catholic Schools. He/she should have a solid background in curriculum and instruction and possess strong leadership skills with a passion for assisting students and teachers in their pursuit of excellence. Applicants must possess an administrator's license, be a practicing Catholic, and have a minimum of three years of educational administrative experience.
