This thriving college needs maintain records and documentation of all College employees.
Manage job search function of the College. Including creating job description with the help of the search committee, posting for the position, manage advertising, collect applications, sort, bring qualified applications to the search committee, set up interview and visits.
Create faculty contracts and understandings of employment.
Coordinate onboarding process.
Manage employee benefits.
Track vacation and sick time.
Work with Finance and Accounting to confirm employees being paid correct wages.
Direct Student works Study Program.
Coordinate Exit Process
Edit Employee handbook.
Chair Risk Management Committee
Review Incident Reports
Review College insurance policy
Manage IT Director and interns, budgets, all technology needs
Experience with all above, ability to relocate to Lander Wyoming
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
Additional Salary Information: $2000 plus $500 per child, excellent medical plan, 401k match 100% up to 3%
