The Palumbo~Donahue School of Business Administration at Duquesne University invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure-track faculty position in Information Systems and Technology, beginning Fall 2021. An applicant with an MBA or relevant master's degree would be appointed as an Instructor, while an applicant with a Ph.D. in Information Systems or a relevant field would be appointed as an Assistant Professor of Practice. Responsibilities include a base teaching load of eight (4-4 load) three-credit-hour classes per year at the undergraduate and graduate levels as well as service to the department, school, and the university.
Applicants who are passionate about teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Information Systems and Technology are welcome and encouraged to apply. Additional knowledge in analytics, business intelligence, enterprise systems, information management and security and related technologies would be beneficial. Also, we are especially interested in candidates who, through their teaching and/or service, will contribute to the diversity and excellence of Duquesne's academic community.

The AACSB-accredited Palumbo-Donahue School of Business has approximately 1500 undergraduate and graduate students. A MBA or relevant master's degree
Demonstrated excellence in teaching

Willingness to work toward the growth and development of Analytics, Information Systems and Technology programs
An earned Ph.D. (or anticipated by August 2021) in Information Systems or a related field
Experience in professional information technology roles
Experience with graduate teaching, online instruction and/or executive education
Ability to teach a course in Supply Chain and/or Accounting Information Systems
