Founded in 1852, Loyola Blakefield is a Catholic, Jesuit college preparatory school for boys in grades six through twelve located in Towson, Maryland. Loyola Blakefield offers a

The Role
The High School Principal is the educational leader of grades 9–12, reporting directly to the President and, by extension, to the Board of Trustees, for the administration, operation, and educational and spiritual development of the academic, co-curricular, and formational programs in the high school. The Principal has comprehensive responsibility for the planning, coordination, and implementation of the high school’s educational policies and academic standards. They also collaborate closely with the Middle School Principal to ensure curriculum alignment and consistency of the student experience. As a member of the school’s leadership team, they must demonstrate an ability to articulate the value of a Jesuit education, play a leading role in fostering a community that embraces diversity and inclusion for all, and serve as an enthusiastic ambassador for our mission.
