The full-time Project Coordinator is responsible to work on campus SANE network research funded by the Dept. of Justice and the Dept. of Health and Human Services grants. The Project Coordinator will work directly with the Principle Investigator and will be responsible for helping with the day-to-day management of the study. The purpose of the Campus SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner) Network Program is to develop and implement a model to enhance sexual assault health care on small to medium sized university campuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversees day-to-day operations of the project;
Liaise with partners to identify and define project work, schedules, deadlines, objectives, and expected outcomes;
Facilitates clear communication, problem solving, and project planning activities between partners;
Assists with all project documents and reporting requirements;
Assists with schedule management;
Monitors project progress and working with project team to handle any issues that arise;
Represents the project in the community, and while working with community contacts and networks;
Coordinates and implement project student recruitment;
Assists with continuing education/professional development programming;
Works with partners and stakeholders on program sustainability;
Works collaboratively with Outcomes Evaluator and HRSA SANE Project Coordinator on evaluation activities, including creating, distributing, and managing online surveys and quarterly performance data managed through the Transforming Victim Services module in OVC’s online Performance Measurement Tool (PMT);
Assists with dissemination efforts;
Keeps Project Director and HRSA SANE Project Coordinator informed of all project activities, plans, changes, and issues.
Tracks student progress through program.
Manages program session/course set up and blackboard site.
Processes consultant timesheets, vendor invoices, and business expenses.
Orders program supplies and tracking expenses.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator.
Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans;
Excellent administration and organization skills with keen attention to detail;
Demonstrated passion for health equity and service to vulnerable/marginalized populations.

Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards. The Project Coordinator must also exhibit flexibility in his/her schedule required to attend and host program sessions, as needed.
