St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School is seeking a dynamic, Christ-centered leader to serve as principal beginning in the 2021-2022 school year. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
Teaching or classroom experience at the elementary grade-level
School administrative certification or equivalent demonstrated leadership experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and responsibilities
Possesses a strong understanding of child development.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a variety of key stakeholders, including the Pastor, faculty, school and parish staff, school families, and school advisory board to ensure the mission of the parish and school are fulfilled.
