SUPERVISOR: Associate Director of Technology Learning Services
HOURS: Monday through Friday 9-5 with some flexibility
GRADE/SALARY RANGE: Grade 4
The Senior Technology Training Specialist is responsible for identifying, developing, facilitating and coordinating technology training programs and initiatives. The specialist will prepare and deliver training programs via workshops, individual/group online training sessions, and classroom courses.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Plan, build, and implement technology-based training programs
· Plan and direct classroom training including (but not limited to) the use of audio/visual equipment and related software
· Develop objectives, performance standards and instructional strategies
· Develops customized training packages that conform to department standards and to institutional needs
· Evaluate and identify employee technology development needs
· Conducts evaluations and modifies workshop designs and material based on the results

· Microsoft Office Excel Microsoft Office Outlook Microsoft Office PowerPoint Microsoft Office Word
· Canvas, Panopto, Zoom
· Bachelor's degree Communication, Education, IT or similar
· 3-5 years' experience

Desktop computer, including spreadsheet and word processing software; copy machine; fax machine, printers, and scanners.
