The Office of Catholic Schools is seeking an Associate Director for Data Analysis. The successful candidate will assist and provide consultative services to the Office of Catholic Schools and school principals, and will collect, visualize, and analyze academic, financial, enrollment, and other data sources to provide financial and budgetary oversight and analysis. This person recognizes the value of financial data in planning and operational control, and will have a passion for data-based decision making and an ability to effectively interpret, synthesize, and communicate a wide scope of data for the continuous improvement of Catholic education.

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Two years of related experience is required. Must possess proficient knowledge of financial systems, knowledge of accounting practices and the creation and usage of data dashboards (Microsoft Power BI); at least five years working for a company or non-profit organization, preferably schools.
