A Christ-centered principal is needed to lead St. Ann School (saintanndecatur.org) for the 2020-21 school year. Located near the science and technology based city of Huntsville, St. Ann's is a dynamic K3-8th grade school serving a multicultural student body in Decatur, AL. St. Ann School is located in the Diocese of Birmingham in AL and is a part of Diocese of Birmingham Catholic school system.
Relevant experience includes curriculum/instruction, faculty supervision, financial management, and proven innovation in education. Beginning with the 2020-21 school year, St. Ann School will begin a gradual implementation of a classical curriculum.
Candidate must be a practicing Roman Catholic with at least three years of classroom experience. A Master's degree in Educational Administration (or related field) and Alabama administrator certification (or eligibility) are preferred. The ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
