St. Frances Cabrini School in Lakewood is seeking a principal for the 2020-2021 school year. Cabrini is a PreK to 8th grade school with an enrollment of 211 students and staff of 17.
We seek a faith-filled candidate with an administrative certificate to provide leadership in advancing the school’s mission and Catholic identity. (Consideration will be given to candidates with Catholic school experience currently enrolled in a graduate program to earn an administrative certificate, or with administrative service in another state). The candidate must demonstrate effective collaborative leadership skills as the principal is expected to work on increasing enrollment and working towards full engagement between school and parish.
All candidates must be practicing Catholics and meet all guidelines of the Archdiocese of Seattle. This is an excellent opportunity with strong support from the pastor, parents, school commission, staff, parish and our endowment.
