Lake Michigan Catholic Schools in St. Joseph, Michigan is seeking a principal to lead its Middle-High School. LMC, celebrating 50 years of strong Catholic education in Southwest Michigan this year, is a Pre-K through 12th high-quality academic and faith-filled school serving over 450 students. The Middle-High School makes up close to 40% of the student body and is located in downtown St. Joseph.
The desired candidate should be a practicing Catholic who holds an M.A. or equivalent in an educational field (educational leadership preferred), is currently certified (or readily certifiable) as a Michigan teacher, and has (or is eligible for) a Michigan administrative certification. The desired candidate should have at least three years of administrative experience and be able to provide high-quality educational and spiritual leadership to the students, faculty and staff of LMC.

Master's degree required. Three to five years of administrative and teaching experience required; Catholic school experience preferred. Interpersonal, management and leadership skills required. Excellent communication skills required. Current Michigan Administrative Certificate required or applicant has the ability to achieve this within two years. Must be a practicing Catholic.
