St. Anthony School in Oconto Falls, WI has been faithfully serving the people of Oconto County for over 100 years. We are blessed to have an entirely new building, state of the art technology opportunities, and a very dedicated community. Over the past two years we have seen substantial growth, and are looking to continue expansion. St. Anthony School is currently seeking a dynamic, faith-filled, and qualified individual to lead as Principal. This individual will also oversee the Religious Education program of St. Anthony Parish. They will offer guidance to the Youth Discipleship Coordinator.
St. Anthony School is a 3 Year Old Preschool-5th grade building located about 20 minutes north of Green Bay. The ideal candidate will be a practicing Roman Catholic, have significant experience in Catholic education, and have a passion for helping to form young minds in the ways of Christ. Our school is kept small to ensure the personal attention and love of each student, with the average class size being around 12-15. We strive for excellence by educating each student in spirit, mind, and body.
Experience and Requirements
Must be a practicing Roman Catholic
Master's degree in education or other related field preferred
Active teaching license in WI preferred
Knowledge of WPCP program, DPI regulations, and ability to facilitate communication with the DPI
Ability to work collaboratively with the northern DASA group of principals and the Education Dept. at the Diocese of Green Bay
Offer leadership in guiding the Catholic identity of the school
Offer leadership in areas of curriculum/staff development, marketing, and financial planning.
Excellent communication and social skills.
Ability to offer a strong Catholic example for both students and staff. -Ability to make connections with students and community
