Our Lady of Hope Regional Catholic School, a Pre-K through 8th grade school in Blackwood, NJ, is seeking a spiritual, welcoming, dynamic leader. The Principal will nurture an environment in which the Gospel is experienced by all and curriculum, enrollment, and advancement balance a tradition of excellence and operational strength with innovations to meet the needs of today's students and families, including a growing Latino population. The successful candidate will be a practicing Catholic with a Master's degree and a minimum of five years of teaching and/or leadership experience, preferably in Catholic schools. A practicing Catholic who possesses the knowledge and skills to share the truths of the Catholic Faith with students, parents, and staff
Diocesan Certification as a basic catechist, or its equivalent (or the disposition and willingness to pursue upon hire)
A New Jersey Teacher’s or Principal's Certificate, or an equivalent certificate (preferred)
Five years of teaching and/or educational administrative experience, preferably in Catholic Schools
Evidence of competency in management, communication, instructional leadership, and spiritual formation and leadership
